All consultancy and design work is supported by high quality specifications for client review and approval.
Programming
Our programmers only start work once a full specification has been written by our analysts and approved by our client. If problems in design arise during programming, technical and application consultants are always at hand to assist our programmers find a quick and effective solution. By working as a team and pooling our resources, Klik IT consistently delivers modifications on time, in full and within budget. All programming confirms to JD Edwards standards and is subject to a full quality assurance procedure prior to being delivered for client testing.
Implementation
Experienced in change control and auditing procedures, Klik IT will deliver and install your new software in the required JD Edwards environment and make preparations for testing. After testing, we can further assist with distribution and implementation to production environments throughout your organisation.
Documentation
No project is complete without proper documentation. At Klik IT we have set very high standards for our own documentation and are always happy to adopt our client's standards where necessary. All our work is documented and we provide functional specifications, technical specifications, installation instructions and user documentation as a matter of course.
